Reveal exposure limits to indoor contaminants through real-time monitoring.
Measure building fresh air dilution rates and infrequent odours.
Comprehensive, easy to understand reporting.
Our real-time datalogger is a multi-gas air quality monitoring and recording instrument that simultaneously measures and records:
- Temperature
- Relative humidity
- Carbon dioxide (CO2)
- Carbon monoxide (CO)
- Nitrogen dioxide (NO2)
- Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and
- Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC)
The data logger will collect samples to determine a “source” for the air quality complaints, or to determine the condition of the indoor air quality. This device “trends” air quality 24 hours. The advantage of trending is the client receives true day-long air quality conditions as opposed to a grab sample technique which only represents air quality the moment taken. Air Quality trending monitors the indoor environment the entire day and reveals how the air handling unit is diluting peak occupant-generated bio-effluents and chemical loads generated by occupant activity.
Our reports provide on-site photos, laboratory sample results, moisture mapping, and instant handheld testing results using the most up-to-date air quality testing equipment, dataloggers and certified laboratory analysis. Our reports identify the air quality condition, and most importantly, the cause of the air quality problem. All reports include a comprehensive scope of work for eliminating the problem including online video references.
